Christine A. - 10 September 2020 Translate Original Great Chewable for Kids Recommended for my special needs son by his doctor. He loves the taste and chews them up with no problem! The first time we tried them I was worried he would spit them out but he actually said "yum"! I tried one myself and they have a really nice cherry flavor although I didn't particularly like the metallic/iron taste it leaves behind afterward but he doesn't seem to mind it at all. I wish the dosage (mg) of iron were higher so he could take just 1 like he did with his previous iron tablet, but the benefit of them being chewable and not having to put them in yogurt to get him to swallow them is worth the the payoff of having to take 2. I've been using Ultra Source of Life for the past couple of years and wouldn't want to have to be without it. It makes such a difference in how I feel. There have been several occasions that our finances were crimped and I couldn't afford to buy it (was buying it from a health food store at the time)so I had to settle for another multi-vitamin (Centrum Silver and/or generic brand). When I used the alternative products, I would feel tired by early to mid afternoon. But, with Ultra Source of Life that doesn't happen. I have already recommended it to several people.
